Why should I approve this character for Oto? What can you bring to Oto?: Don't give me a bull-shit reason like 'I just wanted to be a part of a village so I could RP'. You give me that, and I'll flat-out refuse you. If you really just want to do that, say that you thought Yakunan looked interesting and you would enjoy RPing in the village. Also, don't say 'well, my character is awesome!', because that'll also get you denied.

How loyal to me (Orochimaru) are you? How far are you willing to go to prove your loyalty?
